- Manage problem control board activities
- Work on first level resolution improvement with telecom provider
- Work on second level resolution
- Manage change requests for Easyvista application
- Work on SLA end users support
- Help other teams to organise CMDB in Easyvista
Your qualifications
- Strong experience in IT environment
- Service Desk Management expertise
- Experience in Service Management, SLA and ITIL
- Reports & statistic presentation skills
- Experience in redaction of SLA documents
