- Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Creative thinking in implementing service improvements (automation, incident reduction, etc.)
- Experience in RFPs and presentation skills
Areas of Responsibility:
- Plan/build/migration and maintenance activities for Kafka
- Installation, configuration, and system administration of Kafka
- Manage and configure Kafka APIs
- Administration and maintenance of pre-production and production environments
- Coordination with client teams, IT partners, and vendors
- Middleware DR restoration drills planning and execution
- Implement automation solutions
- Up-to-date technical knowledge sharing within the team
- Handling on-call support, high severity issues, root cause analysis, and documentation
- Writing solutions/estimates for RFPs
- Driving automation using platforms like SaltStack, Shell, and Ansible
