Role specification:

Lead the Service Management mission and vision

Create Service Models and Service Designs which produce a superior customer experience for emerging products and platforms

Address platform scalability needs to enable successful product enhancements and releases

Ensure Legacy service and delivery models fit into new Emerging Payments business needs and create new models as necessary
-
Be educated about new technologies and interfaces in the market such as mobile technology and APIs (Application Programming Interface)

Perform gap analysis on existing Emerging Payments products in order to determine infrastructure or documentation needs
-
Lead discussions with internal partners and users to identify process gaps, develop solutions, and gather appropriate metrics
Skills requited

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills; Ability to analyse existing processes, detect gaps and suggest improvements

Ability to self-manage according to established deliverables

Experience with Service Management and Service Model Design is a plus

Experience with workflow tools such as Microsoft Visio preferred
-
Six Sigma experience/exposure would be advantageous.
