Service Manager - Pharma - Central London - £50-60k & benefitsA new position has become available within a key client of mine, within a newly created team dedicated to client service across UK & Europe. You would be working closely with several other teams as well as the other Service Managers and Quality Assurance Manager. The successful person would be also working very closely with Director level employees both here in the UK & Germany.
You would be looking after around 20-25 clients, spending any where between £5k to £500k per year with the company on varying engagements and you would be the first point of contact for the clients.
You would have a focus across a wide technical offering, including data warehousing, dashboards, online reporting and mobile & cloud solutions. The successful person would be the entry point for the client, answering any client queries, managing the service and dealing with any change requests.
Another responsibility for this role would be reporting on the client's feedback, time frames, project deliverance etc and general service reviews.
Ideal skills:
Pharmaceutical commercial industry experience
IT Service Management
SaaS & application experience
Working in varied and sometimes unpredictable environments
Ideally working around data analytics
Technical expertise:
This can be a wide range or a single expertise across BI tools - such as Microsoft, Cognos, Qlikview, Salesforce.com etc
