Interim Service Manager - Planned CareReal Staffing are collaborating with an NHS Trust based in the South West who are looking for an interim Service Manager for Planned Care to work alongside the General Manager & Director of Operations to work on a number of Services.
I am looking for candidates with a broad range of Operational experience & an ability to assist on the day to day running of multiple services.
This Service Manager contract will be a minimum of 3 months paying £280 per day.
Day to day duties of the Service Manager:
- Assist General Manager & Director of Operations with all Operational aspects of services
- Ensure smooth running of services & report back to Senior staff on any issues
- Work in collaboration with all Ops & clinical staff
- Assist in monitoring & Improving RTT targets
Service Manager Requirements:
- Strong background in NHS Operational Management
- Planned Care & Surgery background will be advantageous
- Experience in reporting to Senior members of staff
- Ability to liaise with clinical members of staff
- Immediately available
