Service Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Service Level Definition, service release management, operations support model (including participation in incident and problem management process definition), release and operational policies and procedures
  • Training requirements consolidation and planning
  • Identify support resources required for the service and operations staffing plan
  • Establish a service release and incidents progress meeting with business subject matter experts and the technical team and also production issues and incidents meeting with business subject matter experts and the technical team
  • Establish a change control board to manage ongoing change in the operational environment
  • Ensure the required knowledge transfer between project team and support team is done
  • Monitoring end-to-end the entire IT operation, drives the production readiness meetings
  • Ensure all training activities can be performed by the different teams, by facilitating the organization and consolidating all training requirements
  • Deliver the quality assurance plan and test strategy


Your qualifications
  • Expertise in ITIL, certification is an advantage
  • Profound Experience as Service Delivery Manager
  • Project management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English, French is an advantage
