We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who require a Service Now Architect for one of their Private sector Clients. This role will currently be remote.

Job Description:
- Responsible for the design, development and configuration of applications and services residing on the Service Now® SaaS platform. Work within the core service tooling team supporting the entire development life cycle. This will include the delivery of new and changing functionality across all applications following a test-driven approach, which includes the build and support of business-critical applications for the Defra Group.
- A strong background and knowledge of the Service Now platform and an experienced practitioner in that role. Knowledge of business process frameworks and a good understanding of core asset/configuration/change/release management. Experience across Service Now system administration, including Scripting, reporting, form creation and notifications. An ITIL or Service Now accreditation will be beneficial, alternatively a deep understanding of Service Now web services and other web-based technologies will need to be demonstrated
- Security Clearance - Yes - UK BPSS or equivalent to UK BPSS as a minimum.
