* Calling All Service Now Transition Lead.*
I am working with a client who is looking to bring on a Transition Lead who has experience with Service Now experience and ideally has been involved in a Service Now implementation or involved in delivering some sort of change before.
(Contract)
(Inside IR35)
Some of the key tasks we'd be expecting them to be involved in are:
- Take a lead to pull together training and supporting business change - eg demo's/instructions on how to use the user interface.
- Support the project team with compiling data as part of the transition to Service Now
- Familiar with Incident and Service Request processes
- Confident communicator with strong organisation skills and stakeholder management skills
