Practicus is supporting a London based NHS PCT redesign their care pathways in line with their QIPP agenda. This exciting opportunity has come available due to an internal secondment.
They are looking for an experienced NHS Project Manager to work within the Service Redesign team to provide project management support in redesigning 12 care pathways. This will include scoping the project to identify both efficiency and savings opportunities and then delivering the redesign working with clinical and non-clinical leads.
The ideal interim will be an experienced NHS, Prince 2 qualified junior project manager with expertise in redesigning care pathways within Secondary Care. You will able to work on your own initiative and bet able to hit the ground running. An understanding of Primary and Secondary Care and the national QIPP agenda is crucial.
