HRSS - Service Rehearsal Testing Manager & Operational Trainer
My client is looking for a hands on HRSS SRT Manager/Operational Trainer, who has experience of Service Rehearsal Testing (SRT) involving several HR IT Systems. This is an Interim role to start ASAP until approximately 30th June 2013.
You will have the ability to create, design and develop training requirements that complement and work with our processes and complex systems.
You will also take a leading role in the Service Rehearsal Testing for the HRSS operation prior to go live.

In this challenging role you will be working with various teams within the HRSS environment, in readiness for our "go live" date of 2nd April 2013.
You will have flexibility in your approach and will develop your own materials where needed, maximising on different training technologies.
To do this successfully you will
- Have a strong training background, ideally with a CITP qualification.
- Hands on Operational experience - with a focus on Service Rehearsal Testing
- Have experience of designing learning solutions and delivering facilitated
- Have the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Possess good coaching skills
- Experience managing project activity to tight deadlines
Desirable - Experience of Self Service functionality ie R12
