Key responsibilities:
This position will be part of an overall team of service desk specialist.
Training Associates on Product, Platform, Customer Handling and be a Mentor to them in navigating service help desk for Acquiring Operations for E-commerce
Interact with Merchants (Clients of customers) in understanding their queries & service issues and effective manage the Business Relationships.
Expectation from Customer is that the identified profile does not need any training/mentoring and has ready & good understanding of Acquiring/& E-commerce life cycle and would only need a training on Client specific Product/Platform.
Supervisory/Managerial responsibilities:
No managerial responsibilities as this role is for a SME to provide training to client's teams.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Knowledge of Acquiring Life Cycle (Merchant Onboarding, Servicing, Helpdesk Functions, Disputes & Recon issues). Specific exposure to E-commerce industry is preferable.
Should be able to adapt quickly to understand Client Applications, Product Programs and train a batch of Onsite Resources on Acquiring & E-commerce program and be a mentor for them in servicing Customer needs.
Experience required:
Candidate should have BFSI Industry experience good experience in Acquiring/E-commerce Industry.
Duration of the Assignment:
Initially 6 months contract with option to renew.
Special working conditions (travel, on call etc):
Position may require short term travel
