Service Support Analyst - Deskside Support
Remote initially.
Onsite in Rickmansworth once government guidelines allow. 12 month contract
Responsibilities
- Diagnose & resolve errors in the RUK ISGO customers operational environment within agreed SLA timescales
- Implement additional services into the RUK ISGO customers operational environment in liaison with the other ISGO teams, as appropriate
- Provide support as required for wide range of technical and project implementations (some out-of-hours)
- Adhere to all relevant ISGO processes and reporting

- Terminal emulation
Experience
- Experience in an ITIL compliant Service Support environment
- Experience in a deskside technical support team supporting range of office and home based customers
- Diagnosis and maintenance in a TCP/IP Networking environment
- Experience in supporting TOIP users (including Customer Services type implementations)
- Computer room cable management
