Service Transformation Workstream Lead/Retail Bank/up to £700 per day
Our client, a financial services organisation, is searching for a Service Transformation Workstream Lead to lead the Service Transformation workstream and report directly to the Programme Manager.
Candidates should have a good understanding of Service Transformation theory and application - specifically service definition, demand management, costed services, service tiers, service catalogues and continual service improvement.
Strong candidates will have experience of designing and/or implementing a complex service transformation strategy into a large organisation including the definition of services and presentation of services into a service catalogue. The right candidate will have outstanding stakeholder management and able to lead a team of analysts, alongside a Lean/Six Sigma skill set.
