For one of my clients in Utrecht, The Netherlands I am looking for language skilled Service Desk Employees. In this role you are responsible for quick and correct answering of IT questions on the telephone. Besides this you analyse problems and you know how to set priorities. You can help the customer remotely and you make sure that the tickets are processed correctly.

Demands

MBO plus level and knowhow of ITIL processes
Service minded; you love to help people, you are a good listener and you like IT
Drivers licence and car/motor is a demand (due to the irregular working hours)
Languages are a big demand! You need to speak Dutch, English and German fluently!
If you do not speak at least 3 languages fluently, this is not an interesting role for you.

French or Italian is a big plus, but no demand.

Working hours

Monday to Friday between 0700 AM and 0200 PM (in shifts)
Some weekends you will need to pick up a standby shift
