Your team and responsobiltiies:
We are looking for a strong, hands-on data driven ServiceNow CSDM Consultant to be responsible for defining the global service structure. You will be required to analyze the Platform and Application landscape to be able to define the ToBe CSDM structure using your knowledge of best practices and communicate this to stakeholders and third parties. You will be required to produce an Inventory of offerings, application services from CSDM workshop outcomes and define and configure reports and dashboards.
Required knowledge, skills, competences:
. Proven ServiceNow CSDM knowledge
. Understand the relevancy of a service structure and knows how to apply that
. Have knowledge of Service level definitions and how to apply those
Data and requirement gathering
Modelling ServiceNow CSDM
. Know how to convince and counter resistance against Service definitions by senior resources
. Able to choose a service structure fitting processes, maturity and size
. Can build the maintenance of the service structure
. Data driven personality
. Knowledgeable about ServiceNow CSDM (inter-relation ServiceNow capabilities)
. Experience with implementation of ServiceNow CSDM
. Used to working in an Agile/Scrum way and being able to handle the dependencies on the backlogs of different Product teams
