Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d)
Location: Canada, NRW and remote (North American Time zone preferred)
Position Type: Contract
Duration: 6 – 12 months (possibility to extend)

We are urgently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our international chemical company client's team. With locations worldwide, our client is prioritizing the ServiceNow implementation to support internal resources in Canada and US initially. The ideal candidate should have experience with ServiceNow platform development, IT Service Management (ITSM) module applications, workflow creation, technical integrations, and application improvement. This role requires a minimum of 50% availability during North American business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• On-the-job training and knowledge transfer to internal resources on ServiceNow development and best practices.
• Implement, test, and deploy ITSM module applications such as Change Management, Asset Management, and Knowledge Management within the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and optimize workflows for service requests in the Self-Service Portal to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Implement various technical integrations e.g., MS Defender, Meraki, JIRA, Coupa, Omada, etc.
• Continuously improve and enhance existing applications and workflows based on feedback, industry standards, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
• Several years of experience in Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development and customization and integration development.
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and modules in ServiceNow (Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Management).
• Proficiency in creating workflows for service requests within the Self-Service Portal.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in English Language.
