Description
One of the UK's largest providers of IT Services is looking for a Technical Consultant to lead their clients' configuration and installation of ServiceNow across key business areas, for example, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, IT Business Management, and Security Operations.
With an in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's functionality, database structure, developer APIs, development tools, and techniques you will have a strong track record of delivery with high-quality ServiceNow code and customisation with appropriate documentation and testing. You must be able to implement according to business/process requirements, based on good design principles, with the evaluation of potential issues and possible solutions.
To be considered your CV must demonstrate:
- 3+ years of experience as a trusted ServiceNow implementation consultant
- Ensuring adherence to TeamUltra coding and design standards
- Solid understanding of all areas of the ServiceNow platform functionality, database structure, developer APIs, development tools and techniques
- A good understanding of some of the following: Javascript, SOAP/REST web services, XML, JSON, Angular.js, HTML, CSS, Twitter Bootstrap, Jelly Scripting
- Understanding of ITIL beyond Foundation level
A ServiceNow Implementation certification is also highly desirable.
