Description
My client is a global consultancy who are currently looking for ServiceNow Technical Lead to manage a team of junior developers as well as lead customer projects in the BeNeLux region. Whilst the initial term is 5 month there is a very high likelihood of extension to a 12 month engagement and beyond. This role would require you to be onsite for 3 days in the week with an option to work remotely for 2 days.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Act a mentor and manager to a team of junior developers in ServiceNow on customer projects in the region both onshore and offshore.
Act a ServiceNow product SME from a development standpoint.
Take a leading role in the development of ServiceNow instances for end customers
The right candidate will also have the following experience:
3-4 years of experience with ServiceNow development with expert knowledge of common programming languages associated with ServiceNow (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML etc)
Previous experience as a technical team lead/SME/lead developer in ServiceNow.
Knowledge of core principles and frameworks of ITSM (incident, problem, change etc) - You will be there in an advisory capacity so it is important that you are an expert in the underlying frameworks behind the tool.
Strong communication ability - Fluent in English (written, spoken, reading) is a must. Dutch would of course be a bonus.
