SharePoint Web Content Analyst
Skills: SharePoint, Web Content Analyst, HTML, basic HTML tables, site updates, enhancements, modifications
Summary:
As the SharePoint Web Content Analyst, you will maintain websites' web content, specifically in regards to SharePoint, that meet documented business needs and achieve high levels of user satisfaction. In this role, you will be 1st-tier support responsible for site updates/maintenance, enhancements and modifications, as well as posting and managing website content.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with SharePoint 2010 and 2013
- Strong experience as a site owner (building lists, libraries, pages, and sites using the web interface)
- SharePoint 'super-user'
- SharePoint Administration skills is a plus
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Superior written communication skills with an ability to translate complex topics into user-friendly terms
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction
