Description
My client, an NHS organisation based in Greater London is recruiting for an SI Manager for a period of 3 months.They are ideally looking for someone with a clinical background (ideally medicine or woman's and children's) who is an expert in SI's. You must have experience of the following;
- SI Panel reviews
- Carrying out investigations
- Collecting statements and conducting interviews
- Writing up reports
- Hands on and strategic experience
- Never events
In depth knowledge of the following is required;
- RCA / SI
- Duty of Candour / being open
- NHS England SI framework
- Change analysis
- Fishbone
- Human Factors knowledge for example: SRK Model / Inattentional Blindness
