Job Description:
A Siebel Project lead with experience of delivering large full life cycle projects within the telecom sector preferably in fixed network environment.
As a technical project lead you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of project in accordance with customer expectations, quality commitments, delivery schedules, process frameworks and company architectural, process and technology considerations. Ability to work extra hours and stakeholder management through regular meetings and updates.
You will also be extremely comfortable with a number of suppliers.
Key Deliverables:
- Own Overall Technical plan for project
- Hold vendors accountable to responsibilities defined in the SOW.
- Take pre-emptive corrective actions as necessary to keep project performance on track.
- Provide technical leadership to the project team to deliver to program objectives.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to interface with project team and TFS upper management.
- Strong tactical execution ability to coordinate teams and drive delivery results.
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and flexibility skills in a team-oriented environment.
Experience (Must Have):
-At least one complete implementation of Siebel 8 in Telco environment
-Experience of the Telecom sector, preferably in a fixed environment.
-Oracle Fusion Middleware and AIA.
-Significant technical expertise, ideally gained via the developer route, covering design, estimation, development and implementation.
Preferred license, registration, or certification
- Oracle/Siebel Certification or equivalent.
