Our client at Roc search are searching for a site manager who will take on building new properties in the south West.
The plans will include building new flats, housing and development on public properties in Swindon, Gloucester and Cardiff.
Daily duties will include:
*Managing the day to day operation of the project, from inception through to completion.
*Managing labour on site.
*Ordering materials and plant, including material lead times.
*Ensuring each project is completed as per the set specification and to the agreed build programme.
*Progress reporting.
*Managing subcontractors on site.
*Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
Candidates will ideally:
*Hold a valid SMSTS certificate
*Hold a valid CSCS card
*Hold a valid First Aid certificate
*Have a keen eye for detail
*Have experience in managing trades on a construction site
