GCS Construction/Site Manager/Contract
GCS is currently recruiting for a Site manager for a main contractor. The successful candidate will look to manage approximately £10-£15 million worth of works. The individual projects will be a mixture of light Civils and construction fit-out work with each project having a value of around £2-£3 million. The successful candidate will be managing multiple projects across the site.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest tier one main contractor's.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5 years' experience within General/Light Civils.
- Experience with NEC and JCT forms of contract.
- Ability to work clearly and accurately under pressure.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to maintain and maximize quality of service and profitability.
