Description

1.Skills, knowledge, experience required
1.1.Mandatory
1.1.1.At least three (3) years' experience of working on the Allied Command & Control System (ACCS) programme either in a national or NATO capacity or three years' experience working on similar military Air Operations and Airspace Management System.
1.1.2.Recent work experience in the military sites environment.
1.1.3.Good knowledge of site implementation activities such as installation, integration, inspection, hardware, software and communication system testing.
1.1.4.A university degree in electronic or aerospace engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
1.1.5.Fluency in written and spoken English
1.1.6.Able to independently travel to NATO site locations (approx. 20-40% travel)
1.2.Optional
1.2.1.In-depth Link16 knowledge and experience is desired but not necessary.
2.Duties/role
2.1.Participation in site visits (including: Site Visits, Site Surveys, Site Verification Inspections, Pre-Installation Inspections, Site Compliance Inspections, Post-Installation Inspections);
2.2.Participation in Site Acceptance Testing;
2.3.Support Technical interchange Meetings and Project Management Reviews;
2.4.Reviewing the documents delivered by the Contractor (including: Site Survey Reports, Site Adaptation Requirements Drawings, As-Built Drawings, Site Adaptation Engineering Change Proposals);
2.5.Coordination and management of site adaptation work, equipment delivery on site and its installation;
2.6.Coordination and management of the Frequency Clearance Agreement requests;
2.7.Coordination and management of any other work related to site implementation.
