Company in Durham, NC has a contract-to-hire opening for a SLA Manager.
About the Role: The main purpose of adding a SLA Manager is to arrange and ensure the SLA's are delivered in alignment with ITIL's Service Level Management Process Model. You will issue monthly metric reports to track status of SLA's. Internally, create and maintain strong relationships with managers. Externally, work with suppliers/vendors. Negotiate SLA's.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of exp as Service Level Manager.
* Vendor Relationship experience.
* Training in ITIL Standards is preferred.
* Business Analyst exp. is required.
* Excellent organization skills, keeping metrics and reports.
