My client, a major Transport organisation, are looking for a Social Media Team Leader to join their team. They have the largest social media following in their sector, and take this platform very seriously. They are looking for an individual with exposure to various Social Media channels, who can manage and monitor the outbound content, and manage a small team of Customer Service agents. Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will advise on strategy and direct your team, responding to complaints and advising customers.
Key skills:
- Experience working with various Social Media channels is essential (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
- Experience working within a Customer-focused environment is desirable
- Experience leading a team is high desirable
- Experience uploading content in a fast-paced environment is essential
