Our client's Contact Center Technology team delivers integrated software and hardware solutions allowing customers and partners to contact the client for assistance as they travel around the world. You will be a critical part of a growing team using the latest technology to improve customer experience across voice, web, and mobile platforms, empowering millions of travelers to enjoy their perfect trip.

We are looking for a motivated, self-directed Application Developer to add to its Contact Center Development team. You will be working on the design and development of case management tools. This position is involved in all areas of the software development life cycle.

OVERVIEW:

  • Own and lead architectural designs for innovative solutions of complex business processes ensuring system performance, scalability, availability and maintainability.
  • Work across groups to translate functional specifications into logical, component-based technical designs.
  • Participate in development by actively writing code and unit tests, conducting code reviews, and following quality development practices.
  • Develop estimates and schedules in coordination with other disciplines.
  • Drive technical direction for medium to large sized projects.
  • Identify problems and opportunities, champion solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of enterprise software development experience
  • 5+ years of professional development and implementation experience in PRPC and CPM
  • 3+ years of development experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • 3+ years of development experience in Java
  • Good understanding of SDLC process
  • Knowledge of Client Server and/or Internet technologies such as ASP, .NET (C#) and XML a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience required
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and fast paced environment
  • Passion for building high-quality software quickly through iterative development
  • Self-motivation, take initiative and drive tasks to completion with minimal guidance
  • Quick learner and able to adopt new technologies and processes
