JOB SUMMARY
The Software Developer will be responsible for contributing to, documenting, and assisting in building and maintaining company's new CRM and associated applications.
Success will be measured on the ability to successfully deliver a quality product including documentation on time. The communication, smooth execution, problem resolution, and added value to the application development will be key areas of evaluation.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Coordinates and works daily with others on the overall design, architecture and development efforts.
2) Works with others to develop and maintains standards as part of the development process.
3) Reviews code of other developers to ensure they are compliant with standards.
4) Prototypes and develops code.
5) Creates documentation as necessary.
6) Ensures unit test plans are created and maintained.
7) Helps determine estimates.
8) Maintains a good relationship with peers in IT and company at large.
QUALIFICATIONS
A solid track record of accomplishments in development preferred.
5 years Java Core
2+ years JEE Experience
2+ years of Spring Experience
2+ years Web service technologies Experience.
Experience with ORM tools and Query Languages.
Experience with NOSQL or Document Store data repositories.
Experience working in an agile environment is a must
Experience with Web frameworks such as Spring MVC, Struts or GWT a plus.
Experience with Flex framework a plus.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university
- Business Minor preferred.
