Key Responsibilities
- Support the end to end operational quoting and order management processes for the Software business. Ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner by order cut off deadlines.
- Facilitates software/solutions configuration review paying close attention to licensing requirements for accuracy.
- Be the subject matter expert and support the sales team through the required processes.
- Work with multiple finance teams to ensure revenue is accounted for correctly.
- Acts as a point of escalation and collaborates with other functions to drive resolution of operational issues of medium complexity, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
- Able to work independently and with minimal day to day supervision, using own judgment to manage moderately complex processes and situations.
Qualifications
Experience in a business related function, preferably sales operations or finance preferable
Strong communication skills (eg written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English is required.
Skilled in working with business applications and quick to learn new tools
Demonstrated ability to work as proactive member of a team, as well as independently.
Experience in understanding and developing internal business processes and policies.
