Description
We require a Software Solutions Specialist for a 9 month contract based in Dublin.
The Software Solutions Specialist will work with our 32 global clients, in a team environment to develop, enhance, and support business process systems. The individual must work well within a team environment and be able to effectively contribute in all stages of the system development life cycle.
The candidate will have proven experience working with business users to determine business requirements and translate into functional specifications.
The candidate will lead BPM development tasks using Metastorm's BPM software.
The candidate will also work on daily support for Metastorm applications so strong troubleshooting skills are a must.
Principal Accountabilities
- Ability to develop complete Business Process Management systems
- Ability to integrate Metastorm with a rules engine and RDBMS
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Metastrom applications
- Ability and Willingness to train and assist colleagues with Metastorm Application Development and Support.
- Ability to multi task project work with operational support
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Knowledge
- Experience with JavaScript and HTML essential
- Proven ability and experience in developing .net applications with C# leading
- ITIL framework would be an advantage
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English language. Must be able to clearly articulate complex BPM process issues to all levels of the organization.
- Skilled at Business Process Analysis (to the degree that the candidate can use an electronic tool to capture business processes)
- Knowledge of TSQL, Datamodelling, and RDBMS tuning a distinct advantage
