My Warrington based client is currently looking for a software tester to join their established development team.The successful software Tester will be an important contributor to the design, development and execution of manual and automated tests on the company's applications, they will work within a dynamic and fast paced agile development environment using Selenium and languages such as C#
For this opportunity you will be required to have 3+ years of recent testing experience within a similar environment using testing tools such as Selenium Webdriver and Nunit and experience of scripting or programming languages such as C#. Experience testing mobile applications is also desired.
Role / opportunity:
- Implement software test plans and test strategy.
- Implement Automation Framework and its maintenance.
- Write Test Specifications from Requirements and Functional Specifications.
- Design and implement manual and automated test cases.
- Interact with developers and management to discuss & resolve defects.
- Continuous process improvement.
Experience:
- 3+ years of recent testing experience.
- Test Automation experience using tool such as Selenium Webdriver, Nunit.
- Some scripting or programming experience with languages such as C#
- Mobile application testing is also highly desirable.
