Proactively drive the creation of the IT architecture for an area in alignment with the organisation's business and IT strategy.
Possess deep knowledge of one or more of the following architecture domains: Business, Information, System or Technical Architecture, or IT Security.
Secure understanding of the important factors for Business and IT within own area, and their impact on the architecture. Proactively guide and govern standards principles and best practices to better achieve organisational objectives.
Analyse stakeholder requirements, current state architecture, and gaps to create architecture roadmaps that support the business area strategy
Drive the maintenance overview of the application and infrastructure IT landscape within own area to lower risk in future development
Proactively guide, implement and govern architectural principles, best practices and common change initiatives in own area to secure high quality in IT solutions
Keep track of the latest developments and best practices within own area of expertise constantly ensuring professional development
Build effective relationships with other architects and personnel across the organisation to facilitate the improvement of the architecture across multiple areas
Facilitate a shared understanding and commitment among stakeholders to provide solutions to issues in order to achieve the target architecture within own area
Identify possibilities for evolving the architecture to deliver reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, improved agility, reduced risk or improved business capabilities
Should have excellent communication to manage client expectation, drive the senior developers and effecitvely participate in the meetings. She or he should come up with innovative idea, showcase productivity improvements and define the value adds.
It would be good to have onsite experience, experience in banking payment module.
