Description
Seeking senior level IT and Business Solution Architects with significant telecommunications OSS technical and business solutions development experience and knowledge. Develop end-to-end IT solutions in core telecommunications operations support IT systems (OSS) including provisioning, activation, inventory, dispatch, customer care and trouble management systems. Experience with large telecommunications IT environments such as AT&T, Verizon and similar or predecessor companies. Familiar with core telco processes, products, IT and network systems.
Experience in life cycle IT delivery, solution development, implementation planning, hands-on implementation and execution.
Experience at the senior manager, technical director or VP level within the telecommunication industry, or commensurate industry and technology consulting experience.
Support large IT programs and project portfolios in telecommunications environments. Consulting and client service delivery role. Work with WNA and telecommunications clients to develop and deliver telco IT OSS solutions.
Excellent executive level verbal and written communications and presentation skills. Bachelors degree. Graduate degree and/or telco certifications desired. 10 - 25+ years business, telco IT, OSS and solution development experience required.
Some travel may be required.
