Description
My client, a government funded organisation, is looking for a Solution Architect for a project piece of work. The role is both business facing and technical and is vital for the business. This role has a focus on designing highly scalable transaction based systems.
You will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with the business teams in order to carry out the technical analysis needed to create the solution.
- Analysis of existing systems in order to select suitable software packages required for the Solution.
- Provide technical expertise for the development team when creating the solution.
In order to be successful in the role:
- You will need experience in designing highly scalable transaction based systems.
- Architectural and design experience such as multi-tiered architecture, SOA etc.
- Strong documentation skills in order to report the high level detailed solution designs.
- Cloud service and Cloud computing experience.
- Oracle or MySQL experience.
- Experience with storage and network devices and security technologies.
- Development experience.
- Translate needs in to technical solutions.
