Our client looks for Solution/Product Consultant. You will be working on a major project to deliver ITMS Solutions.
1. Lead or support key ITMS solution/product development (ie IT Infrastructure Management, Cloud DC Management, etc) covering major service R&D activities (ie charter, roadmap, specification, scope/WBS, process/SOP, etc).
2. Support pre-sales solution (SOW/SLA, solution proposal & clarification, Due Diligence, contracting) for global key projects.
3. Support finance team to develop ITMS project business cases and related tools.
4. Support key projects delivery Transition & Transformation.
5. Participate in delivery platform & tools evaluation, selection, development, and rollout.
6. To provide training to junior and regional staff to improve their competencies.
7. Other related ad-hoc tasks by management on demand.
8. 10+ years direct experience in IT/Cloud Managed Services domain, SME for service solution/product development, pre-sale solution development, ITIL/DevOps related process/SOP, Transition & Transformation, IT security, etc.
9. Based in Shenzhen/China, global travel on demand
