Solution support Consultant to Local Finance and reports to Maintenance Service Team
1 -Provide Local Support to users
User assistance: Questions and answers, ad-hoc requests
Incidents: First level of diagnosis and coordination of local investigations ( Local Integration Layer, Local IT, Key Business Users, Infrastructure, etc), support to User Acceptance Testing
Small changes: Qualify local requests, solution impacts and sizing, core and standard alternatives, support to UAT
User training: Identify local training needs and update local training materials
2 -Administrate local Portfolio and IBM ClearQuest ticketing tool, track outputs and resolutions
Incidents, small changes, master data, questions & answers.
Contribute to weekly meetings with Maintenance Service Management team to review status, update plans and update priorities.
3 -Deliver the functional design of the local features and requirements
Liaise with Local Finance representatives, Local Integration Layer and Local IT if relevant
Get support from Process Owners, Central Design Team or Delivery teams
4 -Contribute to project and small changes deployments
Coordinate local impacts analysis and support local UAT (communication, tests plans, test data )
Skills required:
- Know how in SAP Financials is considered a plus
- Know how in Insurance sector is considered a plus
- Good command of English and local language (Spanish) is essential
- Frequent travelling could be required (Paris, Barcelona, Milan, Lisbon)
