Description
Edinburgh based Solutions DesignerPTS Consulting have an immediate requirement for an Edinburgh based Solutions Designer to join an existing PTS team working on an exciting project to drive paperless and digital adoption across our banking sector client. The ideal candidate will be pro-active, able to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions, which are both practical and cost-effective
The role will involve the following:
* Responsibility for the end-to-end high level business design
* Translation of requirements into a series of transition state designs and an executable roadmap(s), enabling initiatives to realise the companies vision
* Development and optimization of the chosen solutions to meet the strategic needs of initiatives and the Company as a whole.
* Collaboration with key stakeholders and team members to drive forward the optimal solutions
Candidates must have the following experience to apply for this role
* Experience within the banking sector
* Experience of translating requirements into a series of transition state designs and an executable roadmap(s), enabling initiatives to realise the companies vision
* Experience of analysing and synthesizing requirements into a coherent end to end design and in consideration of the corresponding business architecture
* Experience of reporting on governance forums
* Strong Stakeholder Management skills
