Solvency II calculation engines platform Analyst
The candidate will work within an IT project team under the supervision of a project leader. He will be working on the Solvency II programme, aiming to implement the Solvency II regulation. In his role, he will discuss requirements for setting up a robust IT platform around the risk engines (Algo Financial Modeller and Remetrica) with business users, analyse them and help design functional IT solutions. The solution will cover domains such as job management, user interface, data in- & output, data storage & traceability, security, error management, etc. The candidate will also follow up on the implementation of his designs and participate in testing. The candidate may also participate in functional analyses in other domains of the Solvency II programme (data extraction, cash flow calculations, reporting). Proven experience with user requirements gathering and functional analysis in an IT environment is a must, Solvency II or general risk knowledge are not required but would be useful.
Objective of the job:
- Prepare and hold user requirements sessions with end users
- Describe user requirements and get business commitment
- Functional design of the solution components (GUI, business logic)
- Functional support for implementation team

Business experience Preferable:
- Risk/Solvency II calculations
- Insurance
Technical experience Preferable:
- Algo Modeller/Remetrica set-up and basic usage
Functional experience required Mandatory:
- Business user requirements description
- Functional analysis
Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French and English are a requirement
