Description
SystemsAccountants is working with a client that is looking for a SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) Analyst, as they embark on a major ERP transformation project. The client has set out a need for a SOP Analyst to produce documentation to support the programme.
The successful candidate will be tasked with creating documents concerning policies, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures; and ensuring they are correctly uploaded onto SharePoint to meet the project plan. They will work with other project staff to ensure correct information for the development of new documents, and to ensure consistency with other document initiatives. Maintenance of SharePoint may also be necessary, as will some user training - amongst other required responsibilities.
Applicants must have:
- Experience in writing and editing business documents
- Excellent communication skills
- A proficient user of MS Office and tools such as Visio
- Previous involvement in an ERP implementation, preferably Tier 1 (Oracle, SAP)
