Link Technologies is looking for a Sourcing Analyst/Contract Administrator for a 5 month contract for one of our New York City clients.
This position will manage the execution, tracking and life cycle of the contract process, interface with internal businesses, suppliers and legal groups, and work with Contract Officers and Sourcing Managers to manage the contract documents through execution. You will need to be organized, detailed and have strong multi-tasking skills as will need to facilitate contracts in various stages of execution, track contracts, certificates of insurance (when needed), and monitor contract renewals simultaneously.
Duties will include:
Responsible for tracking contracts and renewals/extensions to secure internal signatures and supplier signatures, and ensure that original signed contracts are returned from suppliers.
Ensure contract packages contain all required information and internal approvals in accordance with compliance requirements, prior to execution.
Enter and scan all contracts into centralized database, assign contract to appropriate sourcing manager, and store original contracts according to client policy.
Review Certificates of Insurance (COI) for contracts, when required, ensure that all COI's are on file. Work with suppliers to obtain new COI's at expiration, scan as appropriate into centralized database.
Utilize various procurement tools and processes to research supplier and internal approval information.
Meet all audit guidelines and ensure adherence to client process and procedures.
Participate in key projects, programs and initiatives to support the goals and objectives of the Center Of Excellence group, as requested by management.

Qualifications:
BA or equivalent experience preferred.
Self-motivated, takes initiative and has the ability to effectively organize, multi-task and prioritize a wide array of initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working with internal clients and external suppliers.
Purchasing experience preferred, with contract knowledge a plus.
Strong administrative, analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and high degree of professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office suite
