Description
Our Financial Services client is seeking a Sourcing Manager to support their Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Procurement team.
Essential skills:
- Procurement, strategic sourcing and commercial management experience within Financial Services
- Experience of senior stakeholder management
- Project management experience
- Understanding of financial management including cost, revenue and profit
- Analytical, exposure to strategic Procurement tools
- Experience of managing communications across multiple business functions
- Experience of conducting successful commercial negotiations and contract management
Preferred skills:
- Analytical skills
- Supplier/Service management experience
- Experience in working in a BPO category
