Sox Compliance & Remediation Analyst, Senior

Directs staff responsible for Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Performs risk assessment, prepares test plans, determines sample sizes and nature of test to be performed. Reviews staff work papers and test results. Leads remediation of control gaps. Understands compliance and remediation requirements and has a full understanding of SOX implications, controls, etc. Presents findings to audit committee and senior management. Highly detailed oriented, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities. Experience Level: BA or BS required; CIA or CISA certification highly desirable; minimum of 6+ years of direct relevant experience.
Position is within Pharmacy Finance. Key areas:
(1) Coordination between Pharmacy, Regional SOX Teams and PMO
(2) Coordination/communication with Internal Audit testers for both Business & Application Access controls
SOX Testing (Planning stages) - Control Activity walkthroughs in process; formal documentation to be submitted PMO.
(4) Monitor IAS (Internal Audit) CAPS (corrective action plans)
(5) Monitor NCAL implementation of OneLink related SOX controls.
