Your tasks:
- The main objective of this proposal is to demonstrate and quantify the performance that computer vision algorithms are able to provide for automated disease characterization
- Develop an algorithm that can detect the precence of diseases on a given image
- Photos will be taken with cell phones, Digilab, Ipad
- Taking into account the visual features of the image
- Intefrating the metadata in the knowledge inference process
Your qualifications
- Knowledge with developing Algorithm
- Experience with metadata, microscopy lens
- Phyton (R or SQL)
