Description
My client is looking for a Microsoft SQL database developer to work on an 6 month greenfield project in London. My client is a global leading retail company looking to grow their UK operations. The candidate should have experience working in the retail industry and have strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL server.The Database developer will be responsible for the design and implication of the databases. Working closely with the development team, alongside the analytics team.
Candidates will be required to:
* Have experience in the retail industry
* Database Design and Modelling
* Advanced Performance Tuning Skills
* Experience of SSIS / SSRS / SSAS
* Experience in scalability for high volume transactional database applications (desirable)
Technical experience:
* Ability to develop SSIS/SSRS package
* Strong technical use of T-SQL for stored procedures and triggers
* Computer Science Degree
