Description


We are seeking a DBA to work within a cross functional teams to develop and implement a new solution as part of a global strategic project aimed at uplifting Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls and capabilities.

Overall exp: 7-10yrs
Relevant exp in SQL DBA: 5yrs
English : C1
Location: Krakow or nearby location
Hybrid work: 1 day per week
Notice period: immediate to 1 month


Requirements
• 6-8 years of experience as DBA.
• Experience in MS SQL Server.
• Experience in writing Stored procedures, views, tables etc and good understanding of the same
• In-depth understanding on DBA activities such as Backup, Recovery and User/Role Management
• Proficiency in SQL Server security and Object permissions such as maintaining Database authentication modes, creation of users, configuring permissions and assigning roles to users
• Capable of delivering projects to support technical and business solution individually with minimum guidance
• Manage and monitor application infrastructure and ensure application infrastructure operate at optimal level
• Hands on experience in DR mechanisms (like mirroring, Log sipping, clustering, replication and Always-on )
• Good experience in disaster recovery plans drills (Invoking the DR's )
• Experience on Migration of databases from one server to another
• Experience with MFS Cluster Configuration and Failover – Windows, SQL
• Knowledge of storage configuration (NAS, SAN, VMDK)
• Should have Strong knowledge of installing, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring Windows Server based operating system.
• Should have Good Knowledge in DNS, DHCP, WDS, Failover Cluster, Hyper –V, Server virtualization, SAN, NAS, RAID configuration
• Ability in troubleshooting network, and application related issue
• Provide technical inputs to streamline or automate process and identify risk appropriately
• Responsible for day-to-day database task to meet business requirements.
• Responsible of write scripts to automate frequent DBA tasks
• Windows Firewall and Group policy compliance management experience
