Sr. Designer/Art Director (remote/offsite)

Job Description
RITTENHOUSE C/D is looking for sr. designers & art directors for offsite freelance work. The work will consist of creating style frames and final visual assets for both 2D and 3D projects. The projects will vary from motion graphics and character driven animation to live-action video with composited graphics.

Applicants should possess the following:

At least 3 years of experience working with agencies, studios, or production companies

A portfolio that demonstrates a strong ability in asset and style frame creation

Ability to take direction

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Excellent collaboration skills

Ability to hit tight deadlines

Passion for doing great work

Strong drawing skills

Typographic sensitivity

A strong sense of composition

Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and C4D

Ability to develop style frames and visual assets from existing storyboards

An understanding of file preparation for animation in AE and C4D

Experience working closely with animators

Located in the US
