Description
Ensures that group analysts are working in concert to automate complex business practices within the timeframe specified by the customer, and all of the requirements are met. Assesses products and procedures for compliance with government standards, accounting principles, and multi-tiered system application standards. Prepares milestone status reports and presentations for colleagues, managers, subordinates, and end users. The ability to grasp interrelationships between financial management requirements and automation solutions by considering the current system environment and the potential integration of added systems concurrently or later is required. Must demonstrate the ability to supervise or lead a team of analysts. Experience in CPIC, E300, IGCE creations, budget and spend plan creation, and tracking expenditures is required. Experience in Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE) is required. Experience in Software Cost Estimating and IE Parametric Modeling is highly desired. Requires eight (8) years of experience with four (4) years of specific field related experience.
Education Requirements: BA/BS or equivalent years of relevant experience.
Clearance Requirements:
Candidates must be US Citizens that can pass a pre-employment criminal and credit background check. A current DoD or DHS clearance is a plus.
