Sr QA Engineers, Hiring NOW!
We are actively seeking Senior QA Engineers to join our team of IT Professionals. The candidates for which we seeek must have a can do attitude, be willing and a go getter. Will work in conjunction with staff and product owner functions to identify test release criteria and report on product readiness status, Own test development life cycle, requirements analysis, test development, execution, and issue resolution. Serve as expert on testing initiatives, Agile methodology, and automation processes; Develop work plans and estimating models; and Create metrics to measure and manage automation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a software QA/software development environment
- Proficient at project management skills (eg project planning and estimating)
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with Selenium and Junit is HIGHLY PREFERRED but will consider Mercury Quick Test Professional
- MUST have automation experience and heavy on Scripting (writing scripts, modify scripts, etc).
- Knowledge of software testing fundamental concepts including regression, load, White Box, Black Box, positive, negative, and boundary testing Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle including Agile
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE ISTQB) Good time management skills Solid documentation skills along with quality communication skills Experience in QMS including performing audits and process adherence evaluation Experience in designing, coding, and/or maintaining applications using one or more of the following programming languages (VB, VBScript, JScript, C, C++, C#, .NET, Java)
