Strategic Program Manager - Customer Experience
The successful candidate will be managing C-Suite, MD & VP level stakeholders across multiple business areas in order to support the execution of a 5-year strategy to drive unprecedented growth in reader revenue. This role, sitting within the Global Circulation Team, will involve defining and executing the customer experience, operations and product strategy and transformation targeting B2B & B2C audiences globally.
The role is a full-time, interim maternity cover role, to run from October 2017 for up to 12 months.
The 3 key MUST-HAVES for this role are:
- Programme/project management experience: customer experience transformation or product development
- Co-ordinated comprehensive marketing plans and transformed cross-channel marketing comms for the end-to-end customer journey and the launch and roll out of new products
- Managed diverse sets of senior stakeholders with conflicting business objectives, ideally in a Media/Publishing environment
You will be overseeing various workstreams and instilling a process of robust programme management, governance processes and best practice down to these teams.
This role would suit an individual from a product management/project management background with a good understand of editorial/publishing/journalism who has been involved with large-scale digital transformations in a Media environment.
