Strategic Sourcing Manager, Sweden
We are urgently seeking a Sourcing Manager on a contract basis to work within Field Service Area, and be responsible for sourcing of services for the operations with focus on Civil Works and Site Services.
Main tasks will be to drive end-to-end sourcing activities within the area:
Execute supplier evaluation, assessments, development and continuous improvement activities (cost, quality, process, lead time, service)
Run pre/post-sales negotiations with suppliers for the business opportunities using Ericsson eSourcing tools and processes,
Align strategies within specific category team, secure reuse of solutions/common suppliers and secure supplier base readiness for future sales projects
Participate in tenders and negotiations to optimize value to the business
The candidate will have several years of hands on experience with sourcing of Civil Works and Site Services.
Knowledge of Swedish Entrepreneur regulations is required.
Qualifications:
Thorough competence within Field Services area
Good knowledge with Entrepreneur regulations such as AB, ABT, ABK, AMA, AF
Strategic Sourcing Experience
Good Negotiation skills
Risk Management capability
Candidates who have knowledge of Swedish Entrepreneur Regulations (AB, ABT, ABK, AMA, AF) and experience working in a Civil Works or Site Services background.
Must be a strong Sourcing/Procurement/Category management background.
The role is based in Stockholm and will be running through until at least Q2 2015.
